I have been a Constant Contact user for over 15 years and it seems to me every time you do an "improvement" the typset gets fainter and fainter. Pale blue and mid gray tones on a white background is hard to read. Some of the print almost fades into the background. In general your product has gone from pretty good to almost unuseable our purposes. And to my thinking the whole website just looks like generic boilerplate, no character to it. And certainly not user friendly.

Thank for your explanation. If I make the coding change as you showed me in Copy of Test2 so that it displays the registered trademark correctly in Outlook will it still display correctly in other email programs? I am not sure what you are refering to when you say @Clique_Marketing is correct. The issue is with the registered trademark symbol, not the "at" symbol. Please contact me when Engineering has resolved the issue.

Thank you for your comments. I was just getting ready to answer that the copyright symbol was not in the email address when I read your PS. The thing that is baffling to me is that we have used the same header for several years and never had a problem. I did not have this issue last Tuesday, so I think something may have changed behind the scenes at Constant Contact within the last week.

One more thing. If you think it is the copyright symbol, why would it case the strange header on some, but not all of the emails that went out.

Are you refering to the copyright symbol? It has been there for several years without causing any problems. I have not changed anything in our header, specifically the From Name, for years, so I don't understand how that now can be a problem. Yes, please leave the case open as upper management is hot on me to get this fixed. I don't think they will be agreeable to my removing the copyright symbol.

I think I need to have a second cup of coffee because I'm still not sure what you want. However, the name of the email blast is 9-14-15 TOW. We send one out every Tuesday with a different name and have not had a problem in the past. The previous name was 9-7-15 TOW if you need to compare anything.

I would prefer not to make individual names and email addresses public, but will provide them if you contact me privately. Our distribution list has almost 21,000 names and not all received the strange header. It will be difficult to provide them all, however I have some names because they bounced back to me as "Out of office." The test email that I send to myself and our IT person had the strange header. Our distribution list name is General Interest (All Subscribers - MTT, etc.)

Is anyone having a problem with the From line of their emails displaying this text after being sent out? Some of mine today did and some didn't. Can't figure out anything that changed on my end.

Is there anyone else out there who thinks putting the Active Contact List font and center is using up valuable screen space? Personally I would rather it be on a tab that opens a screen dedicated to maintenance of the list. We don't need the alpabetical list visible all the time and don't use it even on a weekly basis.

When I view the bounced report for an email blast the contacts are chunked together alphabetically, but the sections are not listed alphabetically. For example the first section is E followed by J, etc. It really would be easier to have all the A's together, then the B's, then the C's, etc.

I need to change a contacts email and company information. I can't for the life of me figure out how to do that in the new format. speaking of the new format, I'd like to hide the list of contacts in the middle of the page. I rarely use it. All I need to do is add distribution lists and edit existing contacts. You just made that all so hard.
