There are a number of shorteners available on the internet that can assist, which can be typically found by searching for "short URL" or similar terminology. Hello @kinniriver ,   I'd suggest re-adding the email address (can be done simply by adding it as a single contact), then updating that one to have the contact's name. Then you'll want to delete the grandfathered contact that has no email address, since email addresses are what denote unique, send-able contacts. ... View more
