I was contacted by you all because my card wasn't going through and I requested to put on hold. Now I see that you kept charging my account. I happened to look into this today as I wanted to start up and now I see even though I was not using the service and I had asked to put my account on hold you never did. I am sure you know that it is a difficult time $675.00 can be used more efficiently where my family needs it. I await your reply.
