The link to the FAQ seems to be dead could this be updated ?

I am having endless problems trying to get accented characters converted into a format which Constant Contacts API can handle. some of the examples that I have been using are as follows (some of these pass fine and others do not. more so the later) ABBĀSĀBĀDwáéíóäëiöúàèììùéçı unless I plan to replace every accented character I can not seem to see a way round this. I have tried a number of different options even by encoding numberic as i saw in another post however that does not display as expected in the UI of Constant contact. Anyone have any thoughts on how to get round this ?

Hi guys, seem to be having a problem looking at the docs I shoudl be able to call https://api.constantcontact.com/v2/contacts/{contactsId}/tracking/clicks which will return the link url. which the example shows on the following page http://developer.constantcontact.com/docs/contact-tracking/click-activities-report.html however the problem I have seeing is that I get the link_id back but not the link_url and cant seem to work out why I am not getting the url that the user had clicked. any suggestions ? Thanks.

Hi guys, I have been using the ConstantContact API to integrate with SugarCRM/SuiteCRM howeveras much as everything is working when I make a call to create/update a contact to Constant Contact API. I find its updating the contacts details but ignoring the Address, I could swear blind that this was working last week. it does not cause an error and the address is being set in the payload however it just ignores the address which has been added and updates/creates the contact.
