Have you tried using a different browser? Sometimes there can be updates to a browser or a third-party plugin that can cause connectivity issues when using Constant Contact. If you are able to work more successfully in a different browser, please see this FAQ that has more information about disabling third-party plugins. You can also try using a private or incognito window.
Constant Contact works best with an upload and download speed of at least 2 mbp/s. I suggest running a speedtest to test your internet speed.
