I've had numerous spam signups from Chinese-based email addresses. Please add CAPTCHA to ALL email sign-up forms (even if confirmed opt-in is enabled). As a smaller organization, we don't hit the 50/day minimum and having to clean up these erroneous sign-ups takes half-a-day to do. It's a waste of time for the customer to have to constantly export and re-import as unsubscribed the spam email addresses. I don't understand why this is not currently a main email list feature.
