It would be extremely helpful to be able to pull up a list of clients who have opened emails in the past 6 months- 1 year. And vice versa those who have not opened emails in the past year. Deleting people one by one is so time consuming and your formatting makes it confusing in the respect that slashing the name does not signify to me that these emails have been removed.
