If possible, I would like to re-title lists that clients see when they choose to opt out. The list names may be a driver for additional list opt outs. Our company chooses titles for internal uses, not for external. If you ask a newsletter recipient how we categorize them internally they will have no idea. Please contact if this is in the works.
