I paid for a one time only event registration, but charged for an account upgrade for months without actually upgrading anything that our company has access to! The account is still for a "basic plan" !!!! The plan that this business signed up for was $20.00 dollars a month. During a customer service phone call one day I gave my credit card for what I was told was a one time only event registration 50 dollar fee. They have since been charging my card and not my boss' business card - $58.44 every month! I was lied to!!!!! I am on fire I am so furious! I have had negative experience after negative experience with this company. To top it all off - I have been charged more per month and our plan was never upgraded for a second. This company doesn't give refunds they will tell you that they can only 'credit your account" stay away if you can. I have been very very badly burned by Constant contact multiple times.
