Hello, I am Alice the Director of Philanthropy & Communications for Breakthrough Manchester. Breakthrough Manchester’s students-teaching-students dual mission provides six years of intensive, tuition-free programming to support Manchester students from traditionally underserved communities on their path to college. We are building the next generation of teachers through competitive recruitment, research-based training, and coaching from master educators. BTM has been more important than ever as our students navigate pandemic learning loss and we are doing our part to help counter the national teacher shortage crisis. I believe in educational equity and love working with our students and Teaching Fellows to help them find their passions and realize their dreams.
