Just feedback from a marketing professional who has pushed all of her clients your way. Your customer service wins the award for the absolute WORST I've ever dealt with. My customer service (I'm laughing at that term, by the way, given her lack of knowledge about anything) representative seemed more hellbent on getting me off the phone than problem-solving. My hold time was ridiculous but her overall professionalism? A hundred times worse. I will happily be taking all of our clients, one by one, and transitioning them away from Constant Contact to other platforms.
