I was hoping to get a list of contacts that have not opened an email in the last 6 months so I can target those people for a re-engagement promotion. It is my understanding that I have to export the donot open from each email that I have sent over the last 6 months export the list and then massage the data in excel. This is a painfully long process for me to do.
