I just went through ProPay to refund the registration fee for an attendee who should have used the Promo Code to waive the fee. It would be nice if I could change her payment information to reflect that she is a speaker (promo code) and the registration fee was refunded & the date it was refunded. I spoke with one of your representatives today who showed me how to change the payment status from pending to paid. However, it would be especially helpful for accounting purposes if we had the ability to enter a check number and date received for those event registrations that are paid by check rather than credit card.
