She's welcome to make her own post here, and request the contacts be exported to her main account address. She can also make the request by emailing us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com from the main address of the account. If she's unable to access that main address, we'd need her to call general support to confirm security permissions, and request the contacts be exported to a different address.
Otherwise, if she wishes to continue using the account, and it's still available, she can login and re-activate it by agreeing to a subscription plan.
