Thank you for reaching out to the Community! Unfortunately, you are not able to email unsubscribed contacts in Constant Contact as a group or manually resubscribe them. You can send them a link to a Lead Generation Landing Page in a personal email outside of Constant Contact to gain their permission again if you would like. Thanks!
