Thank you William, I'm not looking to engage with them, I want to delete them since they've been on a list for over 5 years and less than 1% open rate. How do I do that without clicking on every single customer that are least engaged? I have over 6,000 "least engaged" customers and going through each one is really a bad experience. The data is already in constant contact, but doesn't seem to be easily accessible to customers.
