It's been a few months now and after some consideration, I can safely say that this new system still really sucks. Like, really really really sucks. I see that you're making small changes here and there and while I appreciate the effort, those changes are not helpful in any meaningful way. Top 3 fixes you need to address ASAP:
1- Make it easier to update individual contact information so that I don't have to click save after each tiny information change. JUST HAVE ONE SAVE BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM. You had it before, is it really so hard to have it again?
2 - BRING BACK THE REMOVE FUNCTION so that I can remove multiple contacts across multiple lists all at once instead of having to do it individually. That feature was so incredibly useful.
3 - Give more options for how to sort the information on the main contact page. Obviously you have that capability as we can currently choose between two crappy options. Why not let us personalize it to show the information we need? NOT the information you think we need. Obviously what you think is terrible so let us choose what we want to see.

do i seriously have to click "Save" after every time I add any sort of information to the contact? Before I could update their entire profile (address, phone number, name, etc.) but now I had to do those items individually and hit save after each small change. This is so time consuming and cumbersome. Whoever redesigned your contact management should be fired cuz it is seriously the worst.

We have a membership program with 6 individual levels at our theater. The membership lasts for a year and at the end of the year, if the person did not renew, their membership expires. Each day, I remove the expired memberships from CC by copy-and-pasting the email addresses into the Remove box, which allowed me to remove multiple contacts at once across all of the lists. Now, I either have to look up each email address individually (and some days, I have over 100 email addresses to go through) or I have to go through each list page-by-page which is extremely time consuming and can be a real horrowshow when having to go through over 17,000 contacts. I strongly request that you re-add the mass removal system you had in place before as this is a crucial tool I used every single day. Without this, I will be forced to look into alternative mailing solutions.
