Hi Zoe, that would just be clicking the survey link correct? The survey functionality in Constant Contact doesn't live in the email, so the submission link on the survey itself wouldn't count as part of one of the trigger options.

We're considering using the Constant Contact Survey functionality and haven't upgraded to that plan yet. Is there an option to send automated emails to recipients that have submitted a survey response?
