Hi, I need to speak to a manager or supervisor for the billing department immediately. I have been trying for weeks to get a simple answer to a question that I have regarding my bill, but Constant Contact Customer Care representative Heidi Bailey has repeatedly given me the run around. I have asked for help multiple times and she refuses to answer my one question (she gives me a generic response that does not answer my question) and she has now begun ignoring my requests to speak with someone else. I need a manager or supervisor to get back to me as soon as possible. Heidi Bailey refuses to help me and ignores me after telling me to contact her with any questions.
