My credit card was compromised and I needed to wait for a new card/number to arrive by snail mail. On your website, I tried going to My Account/Payment Method/Edit. I clicked on VISA but it didn't open the fields for changing the account number. I managed to do a work around by going through the Payment Plan/Monthly/Edit link. However, though I owed only $45, I was billed $90 without explanation or option to change the payment. What happens now?
