We have resent welcome emails to one of our subscribers multiple times over the past 3 years, but she never seems to be able to confirm her subscription. She desperately wants to be on our list and we're constantly having to individually forward emails to her. Is there any way around the confirmation email? Or another way to send it to her? I've tried the file upload solution for adding her contact information, but she still isn't getting a new confirmation email. And she does not have another email address she can use. Help!
