I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. I was able to replicate what you described so I reached out to my upper level of support and they were able to diagnose the problem. It's a rare issue caused by "special characters" in the names of some of your email lists. They were able to identify the special character, specifically the " ~" symbol and changed it to "-." After logging out and logging back in, I was able to load the "Resend" page without issue. Please let us know if you still experience a blank white page when trying to resend and we can investigate further, but the issue appears to be resolved.

We know how important it is for you to get your e-mails out right away, which is why we have implemented this feature into our new editing experience. To access this new editor, follow these easy steps:
- Log into your Constant Contact account
- Click the orange "Create" button
- Choose "Email" from the dropdown list
From there, you have access to all of the templates in our new editor and can begin to create your email. Once you are finished, you can move on to the schedule page which will have the option to "Send Now". From there, your email will send usually in about 1-2 minutes. We hope you find this helpful!
