I'm a candidate for political office in a major party. Registered Party members gave their e-mails and permission to be contacted with e-mail to my State Party of which I am also a member and whose banner I am running under. Constant Contact will not permit me to e-mail these members who have already given permission to the organization that we all belong to for the intended purpose. This restriction though well intended is wrong headed and unreasonable and effectively makes your service of no value.
