I just wanted to express my displeasure at Constant Contact's decision to not refund my $172 Remaining Prepay Credit when I canceled the account. It's a warning not to use Prepay with you and it ensures that I'll never be a customer of yours again with these shoddy tactics. As a founder of an online business myself, your founders would be ashamed if they knew this was a practice, which I assume they do not. This is where we part ways Constant Contact, thanks for your help over the years.
