You can update contact emails (From and Reply-To) from within draft emails' headers. You can update the account's main contact email from the My Account page, by going to the sidebar option User Email. You can also update the billing email address in My Account. You can manage, remove, and add to your available verified email addresses in My Settings > Verify Address.
