Hello Jesse, I understand what you are trying to do, I was in the same situation. It has nothing to do with the FROM & REPLY, it has to with you user email, and you can edit that in "My Account" and you'll see a box that has User Name and User Email, and a blue edit button on the lower right. That will change the email you see on the footnote where it says "Unsubscribe". One more thing through trial and error, a coworker and I figured out that the user email that appears on the footnote only appears in TEST emails. When you schedule it to send and people receive it they see their own email, EXAMPLE: Unsubscribe email@example.com. I hope that helped.
