Furthermore some people didn’t receive my campaigns although I checked if the right list was added, which it was. Further i lost all kinds of features in the app why? No idea it was hell making my last campaign I adressed earlier issues where CC did not respond by taking any responsability. Paying way to much of all kind of fake contacts who had appear in my lists of which I sent examples ending up by paying way to much monthly and now having lost features? Drag and drop in app of segments etc is gone. I updated the app so that cannot be the problem. Either I can work smoothly from now of I have to change providers soon. I m located in the Netherlands so check what your app is doing when you want to resend a campaign when adding the address which is requested by the app at the time…. The save button doesn’t respond!
