Hello @CarolJ38. Great question! We understand how important deliverability is to you. It is possible that their Internet Service Provider (ISP) may be blocking one of Constant Contact's IP addresses. We don't always send your email from the same IP address, so we can't determine which particular IP address has been blocked by the college. You would need to reach out to the college and have them whitelist all of Constant Contact's IP addresses.
