When I was considering to purchase the program and just signed on, I would get so many calls on how great cc is. When I purchased cc no one called to check whether I bumped into a wall. Cc should see when someone is going from one feature to the other without completing one step or just do you have any questions at the beginning. Also, cc should should have record of all who spoke to a new customer. So that the right person gets acknowledged for great customer service.
