Hi @SimSam we apologize for the experience you’re having with the billing on your account! While we’re unable to go into an accounts billing details here in the Community we can go over some of our basic billing policies.
Due to system constraints grace periods on an account can be extended up to 2 weeks at a time. Not only this, but all accounts cancel at 75 days past due if no payment is made. Because of this in some cases we would recommend paying with another method.
