Good Afternoon, We were contacted today by a long-time member who recently received not one, but TWO, copies of our Welcome email via CC! And they were received two weeks apart. Since this is intended to be sent only to newly-registered/signed up folks, we are all rather confused. FWIW, the Welcome email has not been edited/updated in recent memory. The only clue we have is that each Welcome email was delivered about 20 minutes prior to the member's receiving a notification that their membership was expiring/up for renewal. Any ideas what might have caused this? As far as we know, this member is the only one affected - or the only one who has contacted us about this. TIA, Nancy
