You can't delete users because they want to keep billing them to your account even if the addresses are no good. Nice for them, not for us. I've actually had to export my list of users and go to another provider to get them deleted. Sometimes I will come back to CC, but when I do, it's always with a smaller list. So you can get around it but it's ridiculous to charge you for it.
