I replied earlier to a post re the error message, but it seems to have disappeared. Starting again: Previously we could add a single contact from the add form on the home page. That has now been replaced by a marketing message. After reading the solution of pasting the address into a form that gives "paste" as an option within the Contacts section, we tried that too but there was not a "done" button that we saw and the contact did not save. We need a working process to add a contact.
