I need to access the account that I have set up through you guys at constant contact. I pay for the premium account and I can not access due to the employee that worked for me quit and refuses to give me what I need. I need to reset everything about the account and the last person I spoke to from your company refused to help me start the process. I know the first step is the authentication that I do not have access to due to the employee that quit refuses to help me due to they are having charges brought against them for theft of 10K plus.
