I am so very frustrated! I just had a chat and the person offered directions and links for help. THEN, the moment the chat was over, the screen went immediately to a survey. I did not see an option to save my chat or keep it showing on the screen. WHAT HAPPENED!?! How am I supposed to implement the information they shared????? Now, your offices are closed and I am not able to call or chat with someone new. Worst of all, I cannot find an email address.... This is CRAZY! I need to resolve this issue tonight. Even more frustrating? This issue is a result of a glitch within CC. Some of my poll responses say "unidentified". I did NOT use the weblink, I did not post on Social Media. There were only a handful of households I emailed to invite to click a poll to add to a contact list. Now I do not know the identity of four replies out of only 22. HELP! The chat was filled with ways I could email the families without having to create a new campaign and could select only those who did not reply to the repeat email.... This stinks!
