I am quite new to constant contact and have currently been given the job of unsubscribing contacts who no longer wish to receive our emails. I have recently noticed that when I locate the contact in our mailing list, it states that they have already been unsubscribed. My question is why do they still continue to receive our emails after they have been unsubscribed and how can this be remedied. My Director stated that we have transferred from another company to your services. Could there have been an error when the contacts were transferred to constant contact?
