Your new and "improved" contact management REALLY sucks! It might look beautiful, but, it lacks functionality! You have to spend far too much time trying to figure out how to simply manage fields. What if I want to change the label of Company to Organization? Is there a way? It's not very apparent. The title and company fields look like banners at the top, not actual fields. PLEASE, FUNCTION over form! Your Art Department should not drive the back office functions. They should leave art to the email designs, not the list management.
