Unless we take the time to contact you every time the promotional rate expires, constant contact doubles my rate. I don't have time to babysit this account. If CC doesn't want to treat me fairly, there are many other options which are cheaper and of equal value. I've been a customer since 2009. Had you not been greedy, and tried to overcharge us you might of had my company for another ten years.
