Hi, I would like to speak to a person about a specific issue I am having, but your hours for supporting clients doesn't seem to support that, in my case. I am currently trying to send a test email, but I get an error that shows the following: " Test email failed to send because: {"errors":["You must verify the email address before you can send test emails."]}
I don't know the procedure to "verify" my email address (it seems I need to verify my current email address...correct?)
Also, my preference is to NOT use my personal email account when sending out business related emails, can/do you guys support that?
