It looks like this Community profile is connected to an expired trial account, so I'm currently unable to bring up your particular campaigns. With that said, on my end I'm unable to recreate the issue in our current editor. Is this something you're experiencing in the current editor, or the legacy editor?
Depending on the severity of the issue, it may require you to either:
go back and copy from the original campaign design, especially if its using the legacy editor (copies of copies of copies, etc. can result in glitchy, junk coding buildup)
recreate the template wholly, if blocks are randomly appearing and disappearing between the editing and preview screens
