On February 8, 2018, yesterday, I received an e-mail from Constant Contact offering to create a template for e-mail messages that would be readily opened and read on a mobile device. The price is $79 if I act quickly. I have reviewed my campaigns in 2017 leading up to the 2017 Richmond Oktoberfest. The one with the best open rate had an open rate of 45.8%. 49.1% of the recipients had desktops. 50.9% had mobile devices. Are you telling me now that the service you sold me in 2017 was NOT designed to be readily opened and used on mobile devices? If that is the case, it probably explains why my open rate on all my campaigns was slightly less than the percentage of those recipients having desktops. The people with mobile devices couldn't open the e-mail or found it to be a **bleep**. I NEED AN HONEST, EASILY UNDERSTOOD ANSWER AND EXPLANATION NOW.
