This problem still exists and no Constant Contact tech has been able to fix my problem with not being able to connect a Bigcommerce store to Constant Contact. Read your reviews indicating this chronic problem. https://www.bigcommerce.com/apps/constant-contact/#marketplace-appDetail-reviews One reviewer suggest uninstall and reinstall works but this is not true. Bigcommerce support says the problem lies with Constant Contact not giving Bigcommerce stores permission to access the Constant Contact account and synchronize. I don't know what to do but will end my business with Constant Contact soon if it cannot get fixed.
