I have not been using this constant contact for at least a year. constant contact does not make it very easy to cancel. There is no way to email or chat to cancel. when your business during the day, and have the after hours to catch up. this is not very user friendly. I'm still not cancelled. You would think I could do this online very easy. then I noticed that they have adjusted bill options to suspend. No one ever told me this. Will they credit me back for all the funds they took from me for all these months while making less than user friendly to cancel the account?
