As instructed, I have downloaded the CTCTWrapper C# example and have run the example in Visual Suite in order to generate the CTCT.dll reference. The resultant Constant Contact login does not accept my Constant Contact account or my API developer user name and password. However, I was able to extract the CTCT.dll reference and I added it to my VB.net project. I have successfully converted the entire C# example project to a VB.net project with no errors except 1. CTCT.dll has a problem. 'Unable to emit an assembly: CTCT does not have a strong name' Research tells me that this file is not signed. I suspect this is because I could not complety run the CTCTWrapper.
