Where would the best place to go to look for developers with Constant Contact API experience?

I might need a sync routine written between Constant Contact and NutShell CRM.  Nutshell but they say it updates 1 time per week.  I would like every day.

Our Marketplace has a services section that lists companies offering various types of services. If you go there and search for "API" or "developer" you should find a listing with companies familiar with our API.
