Combo box after clicking one's name is not reading using Jaws for Windows screen reader

I am trying to change my business name so need to select my name, then my account. After selecting my name, options are displayed on the screen, but they are not detected by Jaws, my screen reader, making these parts of the site not accessible to customers who are blind.
