When someone signs up for a service and doesn't ever use it. NO contacts added NO emails sent. Sadly you kept billing and then increased doubling the rate without even following up to see why I hadnt used the service.   Just take my money ! POOR SERVICE !

What company bills you for 1 year and 1/2 without checking on your account ? NO CONTACTS, NO EMAILS NOTHING used on my account. Yet they went and increased the pricing to double .. and did it without even telling me why? ! DO NOT USE !

Because Constant Contact is a monthly billing service with tools outside of emailing such as contact management, social share, and website creations - accounts are charged whether email campaigns are sent or not.
