Deleting Trial Accounts

I was surprised to find out that Contact Contact will not remove account that are involved in a trial period, and can only be removed by automated processes after the 60 day trial period has expired. This seems to be an unnecessary policy that lets my account information sit idle at a site where should be purged right away.

You are correct, these free trials run out in 60 days.  After the 60 days have passed you do not have to use your account any further if you do not wish to do so. The account will than no longer be active. However support can manually cancel the trial account before the 60 days have ended if requested by the account owner. Are you looking to have your account manually canceled before the trial period has ended? If so please feel free to respond to this post directly.
