A LOT of issues with the video thumbnails

Tried to insert a new picture as a video thumbnail but it made the colors in the pictures very weird, no matter which one I chose. It's not just a small discoloration, it's turning regular neutral colors to pinks and greens.

 

The regular video thumbnail is showing up fine, it just when I insert a picture from the upload library.

 

When I try to do an image url, no matter what I do, it says the link the image url is not valid. I've tried imgur and bit.ly links.

 

If I could fix just one of these issues, that would be great...

Hi @BrendaJR, 

 

I did take a quick look at your most recent campaigns and uploaded images, and I am not seeing a noticeable issue with the coloration. I am also not aware of any existing defects regarding this particular issue.

 

I would probably recommend giving our support team a call for this one, as they will be able to troubleshoot with you on a live, 1:1 basis. They can be reached at 866-289-2101 from Monday-Thursday: 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. MT or 8 a.m.- 10 p.m. ET, Friday: 6 a.m. - 7 p.m. MT or 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. ET and Saturday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. MT or 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET. 

 

Please have the original image/images ready to email to them so that they are able to investigate.
