my manage users page is different from the instruction - I have users from 2014 - and would like to delete - ideas?

It seems your account is still on an older UI based on your Partner setup. Our Billing team can assist with manually migrating the account. To make sure you're assisted, I've submitted a case to their queue to follow up on. Typically they're able to respond to these cases within 1-2 business days, though there may be some delays based on their current case and call volumes.
